Trackers use these roles to decide who may move a case forward, e.g. only JY staff can move an MQ invoice to Quoted, Confirmed or Completed. Matched by phone number, never guessed.

Uses the portal's own mail sender. Nothing to connect.
Tokens and the WhatsApp session are encrypted at rest. The browser never sees them, and only admins can change them.
